My wife and I had some financial difficulty and had no choice but to
declare bankruptcy. We decided to move home to start our family. When we
were looking for financing for our mortgage we ran into several
roadblocks. We had talked to several mortgage brokers and most of them
told us that we would have to wait another year or two in order to get a
mortgage. We found Steve through a real estate web site and started
talking to him about our situation. He was so positive and had such good
advice for us that he made us pretty confident he could find us the
money. HE DID!!!! We are owners of our first property and have a

a mortgage for buying my first home. He was recommended to me by my
